Cancellation
At the time of booking is required to pay 100% of the amount, with the contextual issue of the receipt that is sent by e-mail to the Guest. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, no penalty will be deducted; from the 14th day until the week before arrival a penalty of 50% will be deducted on the amount of the stay; from the week before to the day of arrival the full amount will be withheld. The tourist tax is not required.
Wedding and Events
Please note that, during weekends, meetings and wedding parties are occasionally organised on the property. The music will stop at 00.30 a.m.
Pets
Pets are welcome, please note that the presence of pets must be obligatory declared upon booking.
Only little and medium-size dogs are allowed. It is forbidden to enter with animals in the swimming pool, in the bathrooms, inside the wine bar. The owner has to show the health-book of the dog at the arrival. Keep the dogs always on a lead. If they are left free, they must wear a muzzle.
Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet droppings in trash receptacles. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their animals to other guests or to any structures of the castle.
Swimming pool
Opening times of the covered pool from 8.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Opening times of the outdoor tubs 24\7
Regulation of the pool:
1) It’s mandatory to take a shower and wash your feet before entering the pool
2) It’s forbidden to dive, play with balls and other games
3) We recommend to bath not earlier than 3 hours after meals
4) Minors are not allowed to enter the pool without their parents
Entering the pool implies the acceptance and the observance of the above regulation.
The Management disclaims all responsibilities due to the improper use of the pool.
